August 29, 2016

Join us in welcoming our newest Crew member, Natalie Meyersick! She joins the team as a Client Relations Manager. Learn more about her below…

Tell us a little about yourself

I’m a military brat with a Marine mother and Army father (guess which one was the most laid back), until I ended up in Texas. I moved almost yearly and Austin is officially my longest residence at a personal record of 10 years. I’m a confirmed cat lady devoted to my two fluffy fur babies, Leo and Archimedes. Random note, I played varsity football in high school. I like to think I can still take a hit (though I’m sure my back would beg to differ).

What are your favorite hobbies?

I like to stay busy/involved. I can regularly be found roaming the countryside with friends, making attempts at my Pinterest projects, cooking, enjoying works of art, reading (avidly), going to unorthodox performances, pretending to speak French to my cats and volunteering at random community event. Or simply staring off into space while contemplating the nature of existence (said only with a French accent “exee-stance”).

What is your favorite sports team?

I’ve always the preferred players to the game but I guess I have to go with my alma mater — the good old Texas Tech Red Raiders. Guns up and we love you coach (and we really mean that).

What is your favorite place to travel and why?

I’d have to go with the Pacific Northwest, beautiful country with tons of untouched park lands, mountains, ocean sides and wildlife. Plus you can be in the middle of nowhere but only a few hours from the nearest metropolitan center, so you can balance the desire to be both recluse and social butterfly.

Why did you decide to join the H4H Crew?

I’ve been familiar with the company for years and finally had an opportunity to join that I just couldn’t pass up. Ultimately it was the opportunity to grow, work with great people in a dynamic organization that combines and builds on both my professional experience and commitment to social responsibility.
