Look at the cancellation policy in your hotel confirmation, which was sent in an email from us, to see if there are any cancellation penalties.
If you can cancel without penalty, do so immediately by clicking the link at the bottom of your confirmation email under “Reservation Modification”. See the example below:
If your reservation is within the cancellation penalty time frame, please email us at [email protected] to request the cancellation and include the following: name on the reservation, confirmation/reservation number, dates of stay, and hotel name. Due to the high volume of cancellations at hotels and other booking agencies requesting refunds, this process may take up to 3-4 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently on your behalf.
We are diligently working with our hotel partners for each of the postponed events to secure exclusive rates as new event dates are confirmed.
Everyone who has previously made a reservation for a postponed event will be given priority access to make their new reservations as soon as new dates are available. We will reach out to you directly to do so. Please stay on the lookout for an email from us notifying you!
