It’s good to have goals, and we want to help you reach your personal goals. After agreeing upon a yearly commission target to be achieved, all commission within that goal will be subject to a standard split between you and Hotels for Hope. After reaching that goal, Global Account Managers have an opportunity to earn an increasing percentage of sales.
Hotels for Hope is dedicated to training our Global Account Managers to become industry leaders. We take education, and training serious, and promise to have Global Account Managers proficient on our systems within two weeks of joining the team.
