Job Summary:

Hotels for Hope is looking someone to join our growing brokerage division. This role will be responsible for working with hotel partners to negotiate and contract hotel inventory for groups and events.

Who we are:

So who are we? Hotels for Hope brokers and manages hotel inventory for large consumer events, races, festivals, conferences, etc. Our technology allows clients to extend their digital eco-system, capture valuable consumer data, create incremental revenue streams and increase attendee experience. All while creating a better tomorrow for children.

Through our niche crowdfunding platform, RoomFunding™, $2 per every actualized room night is donated to help children live happier and healthier lives. To date, we’ve donated over $600,000 to nonprofit partners.

You are a master at finding the perfect hotel for events and negotiating terms to make sure your client gets everything they want. You thrive working in a fast-paced and collaborative team. You’re fun, friendly, driven and have a passion for giving back.


  • Source and broker hotel blocks for our clients and events
  • Manage contract negotiations for clients and hotel partners
  • Work collaboratively with the H4H Groups division to manage contracted inventory
  • Liaison with hotel community to promote H4H brand and build trust
  • Cooperate with tourism community in key event destinations to promote H4H brand
  • Work in tandem with Customer Success Team to ensure clients expectations are met
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Self-starter that is flexible to an ever-evolving fast-paced working environment
  • Lives in Austin
  • Strong attention to detail and has the ability to multi-task
  • Must have experience negotiating and contracting hotel room blocks
  • Ability to travel when needed
