Job Summary:

Hotels for Hope is looking for someone to join our growing groups division. The role will be responsible for working with our event organizers to manage group requests associated with staff, production, artists, race teams and vendors. These groups make up the heart of every great consumer event. Your job entails managing, retaining and growing our relationships, and bookings, with these groups.

Hotels for Hope brokers and manages hotel inventory for large consumer events, races, festivals, conferences, etc. Our technology allows clients to extend their digital eco-system, capture valuable consumer data, create incremental revenue streams and increase attendee experience. All while creating a better tomorrow for children.

Through our niche crowdfunding platform, RoomFunding™, $2 per every actualized room night is donated to help children live happier and healthier lives. To date, we’ve donated over $600,000 to nonprofit partners.

We’ve also been recognized for our accomplishments. Hotels for Hope was named America’s 6th fastest growing hospitality company by Inc. Magazine. For three years in a row, we’ve been included in the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing privately held companies.

  • Build relationships with our clients and the groups associated with their events
  • Manage the offering of group hotel options, securing of rooms and associational relationships
  • Work collaboratively with other divisions to ensure rooms are properly brokered and reservations are properly managed
  • Liaison with groups to build a “stickiness” for long term retention and new business opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Self-starter that is flexible to an ever-evolving fast-paced working environment
  • Lives in Austin
  • Strong attention to detail and has the ability to multi-task
  • Must have experience either procuring or contracting group blocks at hotels
  • Ability to travel when needed
