Job Summary:

Hotels for Hope is looking someone to join our growing reservations team. This role will be responsible for working with our clients to book rooms in a timely manner as well as handling administrative work for the reservations division.

Hotels for Hope brokers and manages hotel inventory for large consumer events, races, festivals, conferences, etc. Our technology allows clients to extend their digital eco-system, capture valuable consumer data, create incremental revenue streams and increase attendee experience. All while creating a better tomorrow for children.

Through our niche crowdfunding platform, RoomFunding™, $2 per every actualized room night is donated to help children live happier and healthier lives. To date, we’ve donated over $600,000 to nonprofit partners.

You are a master at finding the perfect hotel for clients and helping achieve maximum room revenue while making sure the client gets everything they want. You thrive working in a fast-paced and collaborative team. You’re fun, friendly, driven and have a passion for giving back.


  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Manage rooming lists (name changes and confirmation number entries)
  • Work on tasks assigned via Zendesk and provide solutions and alternatives
  • Promote the H4H brand and build trust
  • Work collaboratively with all H4H divisions to ensure clients expectations are met
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Self-starter that is flexible to an ever-evolving fast-paced working environment
  • Lives in Austin
  • Strong attention to detail and has the ability to multi-task
  • Prior experience working in a hotel with guest interaction
